Motorola Q
The Motorola Q, which has been ambitiously nicknamed a “blackberry killer” was released this week.

The Motorola Q smartphone has features such as Windows Mobile 5.0 OS, Bluetooth technology, Wireless Synch, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Windows Mobile Media Player, MMS messaging, a QWERTY keyboard, and video capture. Engadget got their hands on one, and seemed to enjoy unpacking it.

Nokia 770 to have Google Talk

Nokia and Google are partnering up to create the new Nokia 770 Internet Tablet. The phone will allow users to surf the internet or send messages while they talk upon the Nokia phone through Google Talk. This means that people who own the Nokia 770 will be able to talk amongst themselves for free, but not call normal phone numbers. Because it is based upon short-range WiFi technology, the Nokia 770 is technically not a “cell phone”, but rather an Internet Browser with cellular capabilities (via Google Talk, anyways). The Nokia 770 will also function as a music and video player, and will cost approximately $390 when it retails.
Macbook Ad accidently posted on Apple Website

The above ad was accidently posted on Apple Website. Supposedly, Apple put the ad for their upcoming Macbook up on their site, and then took it down shortly thereafter. This screenshot is the only proof of such a screw-up. According to this ad, the Macbook will come in black or white, and will start retailing at a price of $999.
Possible T-Mobile Sidekick III?

Amidst all those other sidekick iii photos, we’ve been seeing what you see above is the alleged first official marketing photo for the T-Mobile Sidekick III. Many people believe this to be the Danger Sidekick III, and as it looks pretty close to the other leaked photos, we’d have to agree. The above image shows the four navigation buttons, and also gives us a better look at the keyboard. Compare the old photo (below) to the new marketing one above.
Nikon Coolpix S5

Nikon’s Coolpix S5 is an ultra slim 6 megapixel camera with a 2.5 inch LCD screen, a non extending 3x zoom lens, and scene modes for new camera users. DC Views was pleased overall with the camera, noting that, “Its durable built and solid construction will ensure many years of trouble free use”, but the price was a bit steep (it retails for approximately $300).

Here are some examples of photo quality, from the pictures that DCViews took with the Nikon Coolpix S5.
