Microsoft’s Zune- Update #1
According to Think Secret, Microsoft’s mp3 player in the works, Zune, may perhaps come with a powerful 400 MHz processor for gaming, and also may have a built in tuner that recieves satellite radio broadcasts. With Microsoft prepared to buy the songs you currenty have on iTunes, so that the format will be compatible with the Zune, the Urge music service, a hefty 400 MHz processor for heavy gaming, Wifi, and an optional Sirius or XM radio service, it looks like Apple may finally find itself a serious opponent.

I am pretty sure I saw someone on the subway with this the other day. it was a little bigger than the ipod, much sleeker and the screen was huge. Of course i could be imagining it.
