Well, the news is that Apple’s Mighty Mouse has been updated, so that now it comes with bluetooth and is wireless. This little mouse is powered by AA batteries, which unfortunately means you’ll have to replace the batteries every 3-6 months. So besides making the Mighty Mouse wireless, Apple’s signature mouse remains the same, with its one button, simplistic, “modern” look (or so Apple’s designers would have you think).

We’ve long been in wait for Motorola’s Canary, aka the KRZR, which is essentially an updated version of the RAZR. Apparently, it runs on Verion’s CDMA network, and this time, Engadget got the goods. What follows are leaked images (for real) of the KRZR.

Apple’s iPhone

Posted in Phones, Apple, iPhone by Danielle on July 21st, 2006.

There have been a lot of rumours recently regarding Apple’s endeavors to possible create a Macphone/iPhone (a phone with portable music playing capabilities, not unlike Sony’s line of music playing phones).

When an analyst asked CFO Oppenheimer of Apple about the impact of Sony’s Music phones, he responded “We are very confident in our ability to compete in the marketplace. And we’re very excited about what we have in the product pipeline, and you know that I can’t comment on that… As regards cell phones, we don’t think that the phones that are available today make the best music players. We think the iPod is. But over time, that is likely to change. And we’re not sitting around doing nothing.” So there you have it, Apple’s not “sitting around doing nothing” in regards to the possible iPhone project: it’s probably in development.

Christofle’s Solid Silver Xbox 360

Posted in xbox, Microsoft by Danielle on July 19th, 2006.

This is one of the most expensive Xbo 360s I’ve seen so far: Christofle’s Solid Silver Xbox 360. It’s a very limited edition product, as there are only five of these Xboxes in the World, and costs 1,000 Euros ($1259 US). It will be available for purchase, or viewing, in the Colette Boutique in Paris by the end of this year.
