Creative Zen Vision: W
The following teaser review was seen in a Popular Mechanics Magazine.

It appears that Creative is going to up the ante with the Vision: W (the W standing for widescreen). Available in 30 gb or 60 gb, for $399 or $499 respectively, the above review also raves that the Vision: W had “the best screen we’ve ever seen”, which is high praise indeed. Indeed, the Vision: W’s screen is an impressive 4.3 inches wide. While the cost might limit the Creative Zen Vision: W’s sales, its 4.3 inch screen will surely attract many fans.
Colorware’s Pink Video iPod/iPod Nanos
Oh, stop the madness. Colorware has tinted the Video Ipod and iPod Nano pink, in order to appeal to its female customers, thus following in the if-i-paint-it-pink-more-people-will-buy-it trend.

So how much does an extra coat of blindingly pink paint cost you? The 30 gb and 60 gb video iPods run at $389 and $489 respectively, while the 4 gb iPod nano will cost you $330, and the 1 gb iPod nano will cost you $230.

Microsoft’s Zune = Toshiba 1089
Microsoft’s Zune showed up at the FCC with the pretty nondescript name “Toshiba 1089″.

It turns out that Toshiba is, in fact, manufacturing the Zune for Microsoft. The Zune was documented as having a 30 gb hard drive, FM tuner, and a 3.0 inch screen. The Zune allows you to stream your music to up to 4 other Zune users over the “Pyxis” network. The people who you stream music to are known as Argo members. It seems like Microsoft hasn’t quite figured out its Zune lingo, just yet.

The Pink PS2
What more can I say? Sony’s PS2 will be available in Pink starting November 8th in the UK.

The PS2, memory cards, and controllers are all unbearably pink. This pink PS2 will also be bundled with Singstar Pop, and will retail for £129.99 ($245 USD).
