Samsung’s X830
Samsung announced that its SGH-X830 fashion phone will be available globally.

The mini mp3 phone, the X830, has a fascinating design, and comes in six different colours. You can either use it as a mp3 player/camera/video camera, or you can swivel the screen and use the X830 as a cell phone, albeit a cellphone with 2 columns of numbers, not the usual 3 column configuration. The X830 has 1 gb of internal memory, GSM, EDGE, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, MP3/WMA/OGG/DCF/SMP support, a weight of 75 grams, a body size of 85 x 29 x 20 mm, and a LCD screen of 128 x 220 pixels. As the X830 is advertised to be the “best gift item for Christmas”, we can assume this phone will be available sometime during mid-November, in time for the holiday rush.
Sony Mimics Macbook Pro
Imitation may be the highest form of flattery, but just try to tell that to the judges, Sony. Sony’s newest laptop, the Vaio VGN-N17L, which has been revealed by Sony Korea sports a 15.4 inch widescreen display, and highly resembles Apple’s Macbook Pros. Keep your eyes on this laptop, ladies and gents, to be the cause of some major lawsuit action.

PSP in Three New Colours!
Sony’s remarketing the PSP in three fresh colours, this month- blue, silver, and pink. These colourful PSPs will be available in Japan starting November 22, but it’s still uncertain whether these are limited edition PSPs, how much they’ll cost, and if they’ll be internationally available.
