Pioneer’s New Plasma TVs

Pioneer’s 8th Generation plasma screen TVs are not to be messed with. Available in 42″, 50″, and 60″, these panels have improved, deeper black levels (allegedly 80% deeper than before), which result in a contrast ratio of 20,000 to 1 for the 50″ and 60″ plasmas. The 42, 50, and 60 XGA models will be available in June, while the Full HD versions of the 50″ and 60″ TVs will become available in September.
Halo 3 Zune- Special Edition!

The best way to get customers to buy an object is by making special edition models. Microsoft, with full knowledge of this fact, is going to sell a limited edition Halo 3 Zune. Besides having a special design, this zune will also have special Halo 3 Videos, Music, and Artwork preloaded onto the zune. The Halo 3 Zune is available for preorder from Gamestop for $249, and will ship June 17, 2007.
Sony Ericsson’s “Shinobu” Slider Phone

Here are the first pictures of Sony Ericsson’s Shinobu Walkman Slider! This tiny 12.5 mm phone allegedly has HSDPA, a 2 megapixel camera, gaming keys, and a 2.4 inch QVGA display. Currently, the launch date is unknown, yet the price is estimated to be around $550 when it launches.
LG Z1 Pro Laptop

The editor’s first thoughts? Oooh.. shiny! But besides that, the LG Z1 Pro Laptop is really quite impressive. It even has a mini 2.5 inch LCD screen on the front, which allows you to utilize RSS feeds, email, photos, stock quotes, MP3s, etc. without even opening up your screen. The LG Z1 Pro Laptop also has a Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 1.3 Ghz Processor, a 12.1″ WXGA display with Fine Bright Technology, Graphics ATI Mobility TM Raedon X1350 (up to 513 mb), 120 GB HD, Bluetooth, Multimedia Card Slot, SRS Tru Sound XT, and Audo SRS HD. The LG Z1 is available now for a starting price of $1900.
Motorola RAZR 2

Motorola just rolled out the RAZR 2: update to the best selling, original RAZR. The RAZR 2 has 3.6 Mbps HSDPA, EV-DO, GSM/EDGE, and is a full 2 mm thinner than the first RAZR. The RAZR 2 is available as the V9, V9m, or V8. It also has the feature of “Crystal Talk” technology, which adjusts volume settings and tone based upon background noise. Other specifications include a 2 inch external display, external music controls, a full HTML browser, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, a Windows Media Player synchronizer, and double the screen resolution (compared to the RAZR 1).
