Bowers & Wilkins Proud of Zeppelin iPod Speakers

Bowers & Wilkins are normally known for their high-end home speakers, but now they’ve created something completely different- the Zeppelin. Around a behemoth 2 feet in size, the Zeppelin has 5 drivers, a 5 inch woofer, glass-fiber cones, and fancy tube tweeters. The Zeppelin also boasts an impressive 100w and has connectivity to send pictures or video to a TV. The gigantic Zeppelin will cost you $599 whenever it is released. Personally, I think it looks ridiculous, but to each his own.

Future iPhone Updates?

Although many iPhone users are holding their breath for updates, it appears that the key to future updates lies in the firmware itself. In one of the system preference files, “Default ApplicationState.plist”, there are a few unexpected features- most interestingly radio, translation, and the unit converter. It seems that Apple may implement support for radio streaming or even an FM tuner on the iPhone.
