Virgin Mobile Rocks the Kyocera Wild Card

Virgin Mobile ventures over to the dark side of smartphones with the Kyocera Wild Card. While not the most equipped smarphone, what the Kyocera lacks in specifications, it makes up for in class. The flip phone has a QWERTY keypad, dual screens, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and a WAP browser. Unfortunately, the screen size is only 128 x 160, so any browsing you do will put a bit of strain on your eyes. Still, for $99, we’re not complaining. Official press release here.
Hyundai W-100 Cell Phone Watch

Hyundai has dared to combine cell phone and watch in this startling (slightly clunky) W-100 model. The Hyundai W-100 has a 1.3 megapixel camera, 1.3 inch touchscreen, Bluetooth with A2DP support, a microSD slot, and an integrated media player that plays music and 3GP videos. An interesting concept, but I don’t think it will get much of a fan base.
