T-Mobile users should expect to pay $150 for this phone with a 2 year service contract for the White Blackberry Pearl. The Blackberry Pearl (in White) is available either in stores, or online (via T-Mobile.com).

An anonymous tipster sent Engadget a video of a top secret T-Mobile memo.
The memo shows that the Blackberry Pearl’s launch date is September 12th, but the T-Mobile store will be recieving the Blackberry Pearls starting August 28th. Employees have very strict guidelines about discussing the Blackberry Pearl 8100 with anyone prior to the launch.

As rumours float unabaited about the web, it becomes clear that RIM will no longer use its “alphabet soup” to name Blackberry phones. The newest BlackBerry, the 8100, was at first thought to be called the “Stealth”, but henceforth has become known as the BlackBerry Pearl. I’m sure that’s a play on the Black Pearl (Pirates of the Caribbean), but it can’t but help RIM’s marketing. The Blackberry 8100 will have a release date of September 18th, and will be coming to T-Mobile. It’s price is also very reasonable: only $199! And for $199, what do you get?
