The Emperor Workstation: WoW Never Looked This Appealing…

Posted in Computers by Danielle on June 17th, 2008.

The Emperor Workstation was designed for increased comfort and enhanced gaming experience. The Emperor Workstation boasts 3 monitors, THX Dolby surround sound, air filtering, light therapy, a webcam, and battery back-up. I’m sure this would take WoW (or CS) to a whole new level! The Emperor Workstation will be released on July 24th at a price currently undisclosed (although indoubtedly very expensive). Click here for more information!

I’m a huge fan of technology that both performs well and looks good. That’s why I’m rather a fan of this innovative “No Key” keyboard. Designed by Kong Fanwen, this keyboard uses a camera and motion capture technology to determine what keystrokes your fingers are making. The keyboard is fully waterproof, and it boasts some super nifty lighting options. It’s too bad that this keyboard would seriously smudge. Read more here!

Flexible Illuminated Keyboard Hurts the Eyes

While I’m normally a huge fan of glowing objects, this illuminated keyboard makes me cringe. On the plus side, the keyboard’s light and flexible, so it’s easily transportable. Imagine using this apparatus at the airport! Then, again, given the current events, that probably wouldn’t be such a good idea. Available for $27.00 from USB Brando.
