Lenovo’s IdeaPad S10 Netbook

The IdeaPad S10 is Lenovo’s first attempt at a Netbook (a small, low-powered ultra-portable laptop). With a starting price of $399, this 10.2-inch 1.6 MHz Atom-processor powered netbook has a 512 mb of RAM and an 80 GB Hard Drive. For $450, the Lenovo S10 comes with 1 GB of RAM and a 160 GB Hard Drive. Initially, the S10 will run Windows XP; however, later, the S10 will be also available in Linux. Both versions have a 1024 x 600 LED back-lit display, WiFi, Bluetooth, ExpressCard, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a 4-in-1 card reader. Additionally, the S10’s touchpad allows for multi-touch gestures. Lenovo X300 Faces Off Macbook Air

Oh, it’s on, Apple. Lenovo is now marketing their super-thin X300 laptop as having the “art of thin.” Additionally, they claim that there is “no compromise” and that “everything else is just hot air.” Touche, Lenovo, Touche. Besides that, the Lenovo X300 is your average ultra-portable, complete with a solid state hard drive, 13.3 inch display, DVD burner, GPS, 2 GB of RAM, and a 1.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor. Lenovo’s Bejing Olympics Themed Laptop

Lenovo has announced a laptop in anticipation for the 2008 Bejing Olympic Games. The red and black case design is similar to the design of the Olympic torches, which Lenovo is also producing. The laptop will have a 12.1 inch XGA display, as well as Intel’s L2400 Core 2 Duo processor. Currently, the price and the release date for this laptop are unknown.

Lenovo’s Thinkpads- T61 and R61 Santa Rosa

Lenovo’s thinkpads T61 and R61 Santa Rosa are 14 inch laptops with impressive specs! The R61 Santa Rosa has T7100, T7300, T7500, and T7700 chips, and up to 2.4 Ghz of Core Duo processing power. Both models have Intel’s newest PM965 integrated graphics, and an Intel Turbo Card “Robinson” flash memory cache. The T61 also has a LCD “roll cage”. Customizable options include NVIDEA graphics, wireless connectivity, and extra storage space. These models are expected to be available for puchase in May, but the price is still unknown.
