<p>The IdeaPad S10 is Lenovo&#8217;s first attempt at a Netbook (a small, low-powered ultra-portable laptop). With a starting price of $399, this 10.2-inch 1.6 MHz Atom-processor powered netbook has a 512 mb of RAM and an 80 GB Hard Drive. For $450, the Lenovo S10 comes with 1 GB of RAM and a 160 GB Hard Drive. Initially, the S10 will run Windows XP; however, later, the S10 will be also available in Linux. Both versions have a 1024 x 600 LED back-lit display, WiFi, Bluetooth, ExpressCard, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a 4-in-1 card reader. Additionally, the S10&#8217;s touchpad allows for multi-touch gestures. The S10 will drop in China on September 5th and will launch in the US in October.
