The DoCoMO F902i Fingerprint Phones were released in Japan today.

The D902i (bright yellow) phone has a 4 mp camera, mp3 player, measures 106 x 50 x 25mm, and has a weight of 131 g.

The F902i (silver) also has a 4 mp camera, and a very strict security system which requires you to identify yourself via its fingerprint scanner every time before opening the phone.

Then we have the N902i, which comes in a very attractive shade of plum red! Its features include another 4 mp camera, 2.4″ screen, and mp3 player capability.

The DoCoMo’s 902i, is my personal favourite of the bunch. It has an unorthodox round screen on the front of the cell phone, and fingerprint scanner capabilities for the paranoid.
