B4 you buy anything from CALIFORNIACOMPUTER.COM check out their return policy. They are a rip off and the product they sent me was scratched and looked like it had been used. They offered to give a store credit minus a restocking fee of 5% if it was returned within 5 days. Boy that would be a lot of help, I could buy more damaged **** from them. Or if after the 5 day period the two CalComp reps I talked to (JV and ROBERT) offered to restock it for a 40 % restocking fee. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED. Never Again

Hello.
It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I was looking for an IPOD for him as his old one broke. I went onto this site and seen your posts about the site. I went to it and thought, “Oh wow, this looks great. I will get this for him.” I gave them my credit card number and they said it would take 3-7 days for it to arrive. It didn’t come and I got concerned so I tried to contact them. I got a busy signal (and every time I tried to call I got that.) At the end of the month I got my credit card bill. I did not spend much money on this card this month, just the needed amount. I expected my bill to be around average. However, I found that it had $5,000 more than I usually spend. I was VERY concerned, believe me….VERY! I called them and again, busy signal. I went onto the website but it was “Temporarily down.” I now need to pay 5 thousand extra dollars and strongly advise against anybody using this website further. The same may happen to you! It is a scam!!!!!!!!
