Nokia’s N93 Launched
Nokia’s N93 has been launched with an official press release.
The Nokia N93 features a 2.4 inch 262k colour QVGA display, Bluetooth 2.0, FM Radio, a 3.2 megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom, 20x digital zoom and a Carl Zeiss optical lens, a mini SD slot, and a mp3 media player. The Nokia N93 can also record video, capturing at 30 frames per second. The phone comes with 50 mb of internal memory, but can also be expanded to up to 2 gb of memory. The N93 works on WLAN, 3G (WCDMA 2100 MHz), EDGE and GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) networks, providing broadband internet access, as well as enabling video-conferencing calls. You can also watch TV on the N93 over 3g networks. The Nokia N93 is expected to be commercially avaliable July 2006 with an estimated price of 550 Euros ($695 USD).

yo its gonna be 550 euros not pounds.
i worked it out before and im sure the price is 400 – 450 pounds which aint bad. especially if ur getting it as an upgrade like me

Well, according to this forum , the release date for the Nokia N93 is expected to be released July 27, 2006 for Europe. Also from Nokia’s European press release, “The Nokia N93 is expected to become available in July 2006 with an estimated, unsubsidized sales price of approximately 550 euros.” So it sounds like you might need to order it from Europe if you want it this July, or else wait for it to be released to the US.

Carphonewarehouse have confirmed they will be getting this phone in last week of July..
One point though the phone is “huge” – partly due to the quality components installed. I suspect the battery life will be pants like Nokia’s recent releases with the N91 and N80….
Nokia do not have any plans to release a high denisty battery either… howz that for customer satisfaction !

i spoke to orange and they told me that they will not be getting the nokia n93???

oh ! i think this is the best phone in all segment coz it have best cam,nice sound,great feture, 60 serise software r gone work in this phone,wow i gone enjoy it,i just hope it’s in my buget,if not then also i gone wait for it.

Hey, The release date of the Nokia N93 is Pretty Soon coz Nokia announced that they shipped them on the 24th July to retailers and it should be realeased very soon at £400 – £450

Hi, I’ve just bought the N93 on Vodafone contract – £30pcm/18months and the phone for £199.99 – Just had an email to say its arriving before 1pm on 7th September. Can’t wait!!!!

Is where I bought mine – I don’t recommend The Carphone Warehouse or The One Stop Phone Shop (part of TCW) as they really messed us around and told us that O2 (who we were originally going with at £25pcm/12month with phone for £189.99) had turned down application for a contract and that the only deal we could get was with Vodafone and to pay £399.99 for the phone – that was rubbish, O2 didn’t turn down our application, they just stopped the offer and Vodafone has the phone for £199.99 at its best offer! They seriously suck at TCW/OSPS!!!!!!
